Who runs this site

I’m Gaurav Sharma, founder and lead writer of After60Guide.com.
The site started after watching family members hunt for simple answers: how to stay active without a gym, make a bathroom safer, eat enough protein, or make sense of a senior program. The information was often either too clinical or too vague.
After60Guide is my attempt to put useful, sourced explanations in one place. I am not a doctor, physical therapist, or financial adviser. I research, write, and edit the guides. A named clinician does not review every article unless a page says so.
What we publish
- Mobility and fitness — chair yoga, stretching, balance, and gentle movement, with safety notes. Educational only, not a personal exercise prescription.
- Nutrition — protein, hydration, and everyday food for older adults, not a diet plan.
- Home safety and independent living — practical changes around the house, fall-prevention ideas, and useful products.
- Resources — programs, tech, and benefits explained in ordinary language, with a reminder to check official rules because they change.
How we work
Health, money, and safety topics can affect real decisions, so we try to get the facts right. Depending on the subject, we look at official pages such as NIA, NIH, CDC, Medicare.gov, and FDA, and at research indexed in PubMed.
We use tools (including AI) for outlines, grammar, and drafts. Nothing is published without human review. Full process: Editorial Policy.
Ads and affiliate links
The site may show ads, including Google AdSense. Some articles include affiliate links. If you buy through a qualifying link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
After60Guide is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and related sites.
A link is not a command to buy, and it is not medical approval of a product.
Important
After60Guide is not a medical practice. Content is general education, not diagnosis, treatment, or a care plan for you. Talk to a qualified clinician before you change exercise, diet, supplements, or medication.
Read the Disclaimer before you rely on a health or money article.
